With more than 30 years of experience in financial leadership, Terry Mosier guides companies in improving performance, planning for sustainable growth, and building long-term value. Prior to founding Octave Solutions, he served as a Partner at a national CFO advisory firm and held executive finance roles including CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller across a range of industries.
Terry is known for his practical, insight-driven approach to financial strategy. He excels at simplifying complex financial issues, aligning operations with long-term goals, and providing guidance that translates into measurable results. His deep expertise in financial analysis, cash flow management, and strategic planning helps businesses make informed decisions, avoid costly missteps, and uncover opportunities for efficiency and growth.
